I've been trying to think of what to say to you.
But there are no words for what we're feeling. Or perhaps too many.
Heartbreak at the images on television.
Relief that our friends and family are safe.
Devastated over the loss of life and home.
Worry over the events still unfolding.
Small compared to the power of nature.
Hope. Hope for the rescue efforts. Hope for rebuilding. Hope for the Japanese people. Hope for Japan.
Numb.
Our thoughts and hearts are with Japan and with the Japanese people. Our friends and family in Japan are safe. We wish the same to you and yours.
